TNR Chicago is a site dedicated to educating the community about Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) in Chicagoland and a resource for area caretakers and sponsor organizations. We are a coalition of organizations that believe that TNR is the only method to safely and humanely control the feral cat population in our area.
